Lazada Vietnam this month honored the outstanding achievements of its brand partners and celebrated the country’s continually growing eCommerce ecosystem with its annual LazMall Brand Awards. The awards were presented by Lazada Vietnam’s senior executives during their visits to the winning brands’ offices on January 9 and 10.
As part of this year’s awards, 10 outstanding brands were recognized for their sustainable development strategies and impressive business results on Lazada Vietnam’s platform.
Domestic fashion brand Coolmate was among the eight companies to be awarded the prestigious Brand of the Year title, and they shared the spotlight with leading international brands that also received the award for their effective use of Lazada’s brand and marketing tools to enhance customers’ experience and to achieve strong business results.
The event also featured the Super Brand Series of the Year award, which was given to Shiseido. According to a Shiseido spokesperson, by using Lazada’s Super Brand Day campaign, the company was able to grow its sales by more than 400 times compared to a regular business day and was also able to vastly expand its customer base. The Japanese cosmetics giant was also lauded for its innovative use of a 12-hour livestream marathon series during its Super Brand Day, which helped generate 45% of the campaign’s total sales.
Meanwhile, Vietnam-based conglomerate Masan Consumer was honored with the Rising Brand of the Year award. This category recognizes exceptional new brands that have achieved significant growth on the platform, reaching a large number of new consumers in the shortest amount of time.
