Lazada Philippines and CIMB Bank enhanced their partnership with the launch of the fully digital LazSave account on the Lazada app. LazSave offers unique benefits, including 1% rebate on Lazada purchases and 5% annual interest on savings. Separately, the eCommerce giant has partnered with financial solutions platform PayMongo to integrate a seamless and secure QR code payment option on the Lazada Philippines app.
Lazada Thailand Introduces LazTravel
Lazada Thailand this month announced the official launch of LazTravel, a travel-booking service that offers flights and accommodation through the Lazada app. LazTravel provides access to deals and products from over 200 airlines, 50,000 routes and 100,000 hotels across 7,000 cities, bringing travel convenience to online shoppers across Thailand. Since its soft launch in late 2023, bookings through LazTravel have steadily increased, reaching a 200% surge during the recent 11.11 campaign compared to regular periods.
