Lazada Indonesia organized a mangrove-planting event at the Mangrove Ecotourism Centre Pantai Indah Kapuk earlier this month. According to data from the paper, the HIM approach has helped Lazada users enjoy better shopping experiences, which in turn has led to increased platform item page views and gross merchandise value.
