Lazada recently launched a new campaign to highlight local products, businesses and entrepreneurs from the Philippines. Designed as a holistic support program for MSMEs, the PiliPino by Lazada initiative includes mentorship opportunities as well as a microsite dedicated to locally made goods. To mark the campaign’s debut, Lazada hosted a special event that invited successful Filipina entrepreneurs to share stories about their eCommerce journeys.
Lazada and Hypefast Support Local Brands and Sellers in Indonesia
Lazada Indonesia and local brand aggregator Hypefast have embarked on a long-term collaboration to bolster the growth of local brands in Indonesia. Under this plan, the two companies will collaborate closely to introduce exclusive launch products, joint events, marketing barters, training and development programs and other services to help local brands expand their digital presence. With over 500 notable local brands already on Lazada, the collaboration is envisioned to further strengthen the local business ecosystem.
